استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال –جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من خلال عينة من قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. منطلقا من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: إلى أي مدى يتم استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر طلبة علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة؟ ويندرج تحت هذا التساؤل تساؤلات فرعية كالآتي: 1. ماهي أنماط استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة؟ 2. ماهي دوافع استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة؟ 3. ما هي الإشباعات المحققة من استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة؟ أما عن فرضيات البحث فصيغت كالتالي:  يوجد تنوع في أنماط استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي تعددت بين التقليدية والحديثة.  يستخدم الطلبة الجامعيون تكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي كبديل للغش التقليدي.  يرى أفراد العينة أن الغرض من استخدام الطلبة الجامعين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي الحصول على النقاط الجيدة دون مجهود. واعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة متاحة قدر حجمها بـ50 مفردة، ولقد تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين؛ حيث تم تقسيم الاستمارة إلى أربعة محاور: المحور الأول يتناول: البيانات الشخصية للمبحوثين، المحور الثاني تحت عنوان أنماط استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، ثم المحور الثالث تحت عنوان دوافع استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، والمحور الرابع الذي كان بعنوان الإشباعات المحققة من استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج على ضوء التساؤلات ونظرية الدراسة أهمها: أن أهم أنماط استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة تتمثل فيما يلي: - غش الطلبة في الامتحان يكون بشكل فردي أو جماعي. - لجوء الطلبة إلى الطرق الحديثة وكذلك التقليدية في عملية الغش أثناء الامتحان. - يعتبر الهاتف أكثر التكنولوجيا الحديثة استعمالا في عملية الغش أثناء الامتحان. كما تبين لنا أن أهم دوافع استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة تتمثل فيما يلي: - التجارب الناجحة السابقة تدفع الطلبة إلى الغش باستخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال. - عدم بناء هوية الطالب الجامعي. - الخصائص والمميزات التي توفرها التكنولوجيا. وقد اتضح أن الإشباعات المحققة من استخدام الطلبة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال في الغش الجامعي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة تتمثل فيما يلي: - شعور بعض الطلبة بارتياح. - حصولهم على نقاط دون عناء. - كسر هاجس الخوف من الرسوب. - حصولهم على رتب متقدمة مقارنة مع باقي الزملاء. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستخدام-التكنولوجيا-الاتصال-تكنولوجيا الاتصال-الغش-الجامعة-الغش الجامعي-طلبة علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة. This dissertation aims to define the extent to which the communication technology is used in cheating at the universities. For this purpose, we selected a sample of study from Media and Technology Sciences department in KasdiMerbah University at Ouargla. Firstly, we started from the following main question: To what extent did university students used communication technology for cheating, from the point of view of students of media and communication sciences at the University of Ouargla? This question includes sub-questions as follows: 1. What are the patterns of communication and technology use in cheating by university students from the segment sample point of view? 2. What are the irresistible impulses which drive university students from using communication technology to cheat? 3. What are the satisfactions achieved from using communication technology in cheating at the university? Though the research hypotheses were formulated as follows: 1. There is a diversity used patterns of communication technology in cheating at university, which varied into modern and traditional. 2. University students use communication technology in cheating as an alternative to traditional techniques. 3. Regard the sample point of view, the university students use communication technology in cheating to obtain good marks without efforts. This study has relied on a descriptive approach, thus the data were collected by conducting a case study on sample of 50 available individuals. A survey paper has adopted to collect data from the respondents, whereas the questionnaire was divided into four parts; The first part tackles the personal data of the respondent, the second part investigate the different patterns use of communication technology in cheating at the university depending on the respondents ‘point of view, then the motives of using communication technology in cheating , the final part determined the students’ satisfactions achieved from the use of communication technology in cheating . Moreover, the study reached a set of results in spot of the questions, and the research based theory, the main patterns of communication technology used in cheating among university students are: • The students cheat in the exams individually and collectively. • Students resort to modern and traditional techniques of cheating in exams. • Phones are the most modern technology device used in cheating. We also found out that the most important drivers for the university students to use communication technology in cheating are as follows: - The continued successful experiences of cheating by using communication technology lead students to keep cheating. - The misbuilding of university students’ identity frame. - The benefits and features provided by technology. Besides, it turns out that the students satisfactions achieved from the use of communication technology for cheating, which has conducted according to the respondents pointof view are: - feeling relieved to pass the exams - Get good marks effortlessly - Get overcome the fear obsession of failure - Accomplish advanced scores compared to their classmates
