Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم وأبرز النماذج المستخدمة في قياس رأس المال الفكري، باعتبار أن عملية القياس تتميز بالكثير من التعقيد والصعوبة، كما يجعلها واحدة من أكثر العمليات التي يجب على المنظمة إعطائها أولوية خاصة، فقياس رأس المال الفكري بشكل دقيق وصحيح يعني الادارة الجيدة له، وباعتبار أن هذا الموضوع يشكل أكثر التحديات التي تواجهها منظمات اليوم، جاءت هذه الدراسة لعرض وتوضيح أهم المؤشرات التي يمكن للمنظمة أن تستخدمها في بناء نموذجها الخاص لقياس رأس المال الفكري. الكلمات المفتاحية: رأس المال الفكري؛ الأصول غير الملموسة؛ رأس المال البشري؛ القيمة السوقية؛ بطاقة الأداء المتوازن.
