آليات و قواعد إعمال الديمقراطية التشاركية في المملكة المغربية

Résumé: الملخص: أفرد دستور المملكة المغربية لسنة 2011 ، جزءا غير يسير منه ، للوقوف على كيفية ضمان مشاركة المواطنين في صنع و تنفيذ القرارات بشكل ديمقراطي يستجيب لتطلعاتهم و انتظاراتهم في ظل قواعد جديدة للممارسة الديمقراطية تتيح للمواطنين إمكانية المساهمة في اتخاذ القرارات و تتبع تنفيذها عبر آليات جديدة تخول لهم إمكانية المشاركة و المساهمة إما بشكل مباشر أو عبر الفاعل المدني باعتباره فاعلا جديدا أو بالأحرى تقليديا بادوار جديدة بحثا عن تحقيق قدر اكبر من الاشتراك المجتمعي في اتخاذ القرار و الاقتناع به في ظل أفضل مستويات الشفافية و النزاهة .
