الأثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لجائحة كورونا: الإجراءات المتخذة والتدابير المقترحة حالة الجزائر

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح تداعيات فيروس كوفيد 19 على الاقتصاد العالمي وأثاره الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على الجزائر والجهود المبذولة من طرف الحكومة للتخفيف منها. لتقييم الأثر الكمي لهذه الأزمة تم الاعتماد على تقارير منظمات دولية وهيئات رسمية جزائرية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأزمة الصحية تبعتها أزمة اقتصادية حيث انخفضت معدلات النمو العالمي والتجارة الدولية والسياحة وتراجعت أسواق الأسهم والسندات. كما تراجعت المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية في الجزائر. حاولنا اقتراح تدابير أخرى إضافة للإجراءات التي وضعتها الحكومة وتقديم رؤية استشرافية لما بعد كوفيد 19 Abstract: The aim of this study is to clarify the repercussions of the Covid 19 virus on the global economy, its socioeconomic impacts on Algeria, and the efforts made by the government to mitigate it. To assess the quantitative impact of this crisis, the reports of international organizations and official Algerian bodies were relied upon. we found that the health crisis was followed by an economic crisis, as global growth rates, international trade and tourism decreased, and the stock and bond markets retreated. Macroeconomic indicators also declined in Algeria. We tried to suggest other measures in addition to the actions adopted by the government and to provide a forward-looking vision for the post-Covid 19.
