Résumé: في هذه الورقة البحثية قراءات سوسيولوجية اتصالية لواقع اجتماعي فرضته استخدامات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي و ما أحدثته من أثار على مستوى قيم الشباب و العلاقات الاجتماعية ، فبات جليّ واضح ذلك التأثير بكل متغيّراته ، كان لابد من إعادة قراءة الواقع من منظورات علمية تأسست نتاج بحوث مطولة و تجريبية في مختلف المداخل النفسية و الاجتماعية قمنا بتحديد المفاهيم الأساسية للبحث و ركزّنا على تأثيرات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي عل قيم الشباب في مستوى علاقاتهم و قيمهم و سلوكاتهم ، لنشير إلى الاثار الإيجابية و السلبية لهذا الاستخدام، موضحين مواطن التأثير و التغييرات الحاصلة على مستوى الأسرة و جماعة الأصدقاء و مختلف الفضاءات التي يتفاعل فيها الشباب .فلابد من دراسات مبنية على خلفيات نظرية عربية تنسجم مع السياق الاجتماعي العربي و تجاوز الأزمات و الاثار السلبية التي تعرقل مسارات التنمية و التطور الحضاري الحقيقي لدي الشباب العربي، خاصة في استغلال الوقت و الوسائل من أجل تحقيق التنمية This research paper is a communicative sociological reading of a social reality imposed by the use of social media and its effects on the level of youth values and social relations. It became clear that impact with all its variables, it was necessary to re-read this reality form theoretical scientific perspectives established as a result of lengthy research and Experimental in various psychological and social approaches. We identified the basic concepts of research and focused on the effects of social media on the values of young people in the level of their relationships, values and behaviors, to point out the positive and negative effects of this use, explaining the areas of influence and changes taking place at the level of the family and group. Friends and the various spaces in which young people interact. It is necessary to conduct studies based on Arab theoretical backgrounds that are consistent with the Arab social context and to overcome crises and negative effects that impede the paths of development and real civilizational development among Arab youth, especially in the use of time and means to achieve development.
