القواعد المستحدثة للقانون الإداري ضمن التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020
Résumé: ملخص: أحدث تعديل الدستور الجزائري لسنة 2020 نقلة نوعية في مجال دسترة مصادر القانون الإداري، من خلال إعادة هيكلة القضاء الإداري وتعزيز مبادئ سير المرفق العام، كما تضمن العديد من القواعد الجديدة للقانون الإداري الجزائري. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل هذه القواعد المستحدثة مع ابراز أثرها على مختلف معالم القانون الإداري، كما تسعى لاستشراف قواعد قانونية جديدة تتماشى مع ما استحدثه الدستور الحالي. Abstract The 2020 Algerian Constitutional amendment has made a considerable improvement in the Constitutionalisation of the Administrative Law Sources, by restructuring the Administrative Justice and promoting the ¨Principles of Public Service functioning in one Hand, and by including several New Principles introduced in the Algerian Administrative Law in another Hand. The Purpose of our Study is to analyze these New Rules by enlightening its impact on the different Administrative Law Sides. It also aims to foresight New Law Rules in accordance with what have been introduced in the New Constitution.
