دور الجمعيات كشريك في حماية البيئة.

Résumé: تكتسي الهيئات المحلية أو كما تسمى الجماعات المحلية بإعتبارها هيئات مستقلة عن السلطة المركزية في القانون الجزائري دورا هاما في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المجال البيئي، وإشباع الحاجات المحلية البيئية، لما تُعنَى به من تطبيق وتكريس للمبادئ البيئية، بالتالي فإنه مثلما لكل من الولاية والبلدية يدًا في وضع الأسس التي ترمي إلى حماية البيئة من خطر التلوث البيئي، سواء بصفة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، فإن للجمعيات كذلك ذات الصبغة المحلية دورا كبيرا و محوريا في هذا المجال. ABSTRACT:Local organisms, or as they are called local groups, which are originally independent bodies from the central authority in algerian law, have an important role in achieving economic and social development in the environmental field, and also they fulfill local environmental needs, because they are concerned with the application and dedication of environmental principles. The state and the municipality are involved in laying the foundations aimed at protecting the environment from the threat of environmental pollution, whether directly or indirectly. Local associations also have a great role in this field.
