Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على استخدام آلية العمل عن بعد بسبب وباء كوفيد -19 في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة ، فيما يتعلق باعتماد أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف في فرع مؤسسة توزيع سونلغاز - تمنراست.، الهدف الرئيسي من الدراسة هو قياس تكامل أبعاد العمل عن بعد (الثقة المتبادلة بين فرق العمل ؛ البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات ؛ مرونة العمل) في ضوء اعتماد أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف من خلال ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسية (تحديد الأهداف ؛ المشاركة في تحديد الأهداف ؛ تحقيق أهداف العمل التليفزيوني). وجدت نتائج الدراسة علاقة موجبة بين متغيرات الدراسة في مؤسسة توزيع سونلغاز – تمنراست. this study tries to shed light on the using of the teleworking mechanism due to the Covid-19 epidemic in achieving the objectives of the organization, with regard to the adoption of the mode of management by objectives in the branch of Sonelgaz distribution – Tamanrasset. The main objective of the study is to measure the integration of Téléworking dimensions (mutual trust among working parties; IT Infrastructure; Work flexibility ) in light of the adoption of the management by objectives method through three main dimensions (Setting goals; Participating in setting goals; Achieving Téléworking goals ). The study results found a positive relationship between the study variables in the Sonelgaz distribution – Tamanrasset
