Synthèse, Caractérisation Et Effet Inhibiteur Contre La Corrosion De Quelques Composés Azotiques

Résumé: The aim of the present study is preparing the compounds azo (a1-3) 5-(4-R-phenyl)-azo- salicyl aldehyde (R = H, CH3 and Br), bases of schif compounds (b1-3) and amine compounds (c1-3). These synthesised compounds were characterized with the following spectroscopic methods: Infrared specra IR, UV-Visible,H1 NMR,C13NMR and elemental anlyses (EA) electrochemical study was conducted with cyclic voltammetry in the organic medium DMF – Bu4NPF6. The antioxidant efficacy of the compounds (c1-3) was also estimated using two methods: Root testing. The DPPH test is phosphate molybdate test (PM), the greatest capacity for inhibition of the DPPH for c2(Bis[5-(4-methylphenylazo)-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde]-4,4′- diaminophenyl methane) with an IC50 value is estimated at (0.294mm), and the c3(Bis[5-(4- bromophenylazo)-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde]-4,4′-diaminophenyl methane) compound showed the greatest efficacy of reducing molybdate Mo (VI) with AETAC value of (0.77M). The study of the inhibitor effect of the carbon steel (XC70) corrosion, it was done by electrochemical impedance and Tafal curves. The highest delay rate is estimated for the two methods impedance and Tafal successively at 80.18% and at 87.27% for c2(Bis[5-(4- methylphenylazo)-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde]-4,4′-diaminophenyl methane).
