أثر أزمة السيولة في الجزائر على مفهوم الشمول المالي خلال الفترة 2019-2021

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز أهم المشاكل والتحديات التي تعوق تطور واستقرار كلاً من الجهاز المصرفي بشكل عام والشمول المالي بشكل خاص من خلال تتبع تطور الحسابات المصرفية لبنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة أدرار ومقارنة حجم ونشاط هذه الحسابات لسنوات 2019-2020-2021 وذلك بتتبع فتح حسابات الزبائن وغلق بعضها خلال الفترة المذكورة, ومحاولة البحث عن تأثير أزمة السيولة خلال ذروة أزمة كوفيد19 وما قبلها أي سنة 2019 وما بعدها أي سنة 2021, وقد اعتمدنا للوصول لذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر سلبي لأزمة السيولة النقدية على مؤشرات الشمول المالي ببنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية -وكالة أدرار- خلال فترة الدراسة . This study aims to highlight the most important problems and challenges that impede the development and stability of both the banking system in general and financial inclusion in particular by tracking the development of the bank accounts of the BADR in Adrar Agency and comparing the volume and activity of these accounts for the years 2019-2020-2021 by tracking the opening and closing of customer accounts some of them during the aforementioned period, and an attempt to search for the impact of the liquidity crisis during the height of the Covid-19 crisis and before it, i.e. the year 2019 and beyond, i.e. the year 2021, and we relied to reach this on the descriptive analytical approach, as the study concluded that there is a negative impact of the liquidity crisis on the indicators of financial inclusion in aBADR bank- Adrar Agency - during the study period
