Résumé: انتهجت الدولة الزيانية (633-962ه/1235-1554م) بالمغرب الأوسط سياسة الإقطاع كغيرها من الدول المعاصرة لها، وأن استقرار الزيانيين مرتبط بالأراضي التي أقطعت لقبيلة بني عبد الواد، واعتبروا الإقطاع عاملا محفزا قد يغري الكثير من أصحاب القوة والنفوذ من شيوخ القبائل وزعماء الحركات المناوئة، وجعل هذه القبائل السند القوي في تثبيت سلطتها وسياستها خاصة في تلك المناطق البعيدة عن مركز السلطة. وترتب عن نظام الإقطاع الكثير من النزاعات بين القبائل من أجل الحصول على العقارات سواء تعلق الأمر بإقطاع الجباية أو اقطاع التمليك، حيث كان الكثير من المستفيدين من الإقطاع يتحولون إلى أسياد في إقطاعاتهم، وأن قوتهم الاقتصادية ونفوذهم الاجتماعي كان يؤدي ببعضهم الى الاستقلال عن السلطة. Abstract: The Zianid state (633-962 AH / 1235-1554 AD) in the Maghreb pursued the feudalism policy like other contemporary countries for it, especially if we know that the stability of the Ziani is related to the lands that were cut off for them, and the Zayans considered feudalism a catalyst that might tempt many powerful and influential tribal elders and leaders The opposing movements, and making these tribes a strong support in establishing the authority and policy that the state is going to follow, especially in those areas far from the center of power.
