التغطية الإعلامية لقضايا الأقليات المسلمة في القنوات العربية "قناة الجزيرة أنموذجا

Résumé: "تناولت هذه الدراسة تغطية قناة الجزيرة لقضية الروهينغا من خلال برنامج ""الحصاد"" في سنة 2017، وذلك لأن قناة الجزيرة كانت من أكثر القنوات العربية تميزا في العالم العربي والعالم جميعا، ودائما ما كانت تهدف إلى الاهتمام بقضايا المستضعفين في العالم، وكانت قضية الروهينغا من بين القضايا التي عملت القناة على تغطيتها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بمسح جميع حلقات برنامج ""الحصاد"" لسنة 2017 والذي جرى اختياره بصورة قصدية وتكونت عينة البحث ثمانية أجزاء (08 أجزاء) من حلقات برنامج ""الحصاد"" والتي كانت تعالج قضية الروهينغا. وقد كانت تساؤلات الدراسة والتي وضعناها أهدافا للدراسة على النحو الآتي: 1/- ما هي قناة الجزيرة؟ وما هي الأقليات؟ 2/- من هم الروهينغا؟ وما المشاكل التي يتعرضون لها؟ 3/- ما حجم وأنواع التغطية التي قامت بها قناة الجزيرة لقضية الروهينغا من خلال برنامج ""الحصاد""؟ 4/- هل قناة الجزيرة قدمت تغطية لقضية الروهينغا أم قدمت معالجة من خلال برنامج ""الحصاد""؟ وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أن قناة الجزيرة لم تتناول قضية الروهينغا بالشكل الكافي وذلك يعود لاحتقان الوضع العربي المليء بالمشاكل والحروب والنزاعات الداخلية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بقضايا الأقليات المسلمة خصوصا الموجودة في جنوب شرق آسيا. " This study dealt with Al Jazeera's coverage of the Rohingya issue through the ""Al hassad"" program in 2017, because Al Jazeera was one of the most distinguished Arab channels in the Arab world and the world , and it always aimed to pay attention to the issues of the vulnerable in the world, and the Rohingya issue was among the The issues that the channel covered. To achieve the objectives of the study, we surveyed all episodes of the “Al hassad” program for the year 2017, which was chosen intentionally. The study questions, which we set as objectives of the study were : 1/- What is Al Jazeera? And what are minorities? 2/- Who are the Rohingya? And what problems do they face? 3/- What is the size and types of coverage by Al Jazeera channel for the Rohingya issue through the ""Al hassad"" program? 4/- Did Al-Jazeera provide coverage of the Rohingya issue, or did it provide treatment through the ""Al hassad"" program? The results of the study indicated that Al-Jazeera did not adequately address the issue of the Rohingya, due to the congestion of the Arab situation, which is full of problems, wars and internal conflicts. The study recommended the need to pay attention to the issues of Muslim minorities, especially those in Southeast Asia. "
