دواعي تبني المدرسة الجزائرية للمقاربة بالكفاءات في ضوء الإصلاح التربوي الأخير: مقاربة نظرية تحليلية

Résumé: يعرف إصلاح المنظومة التربوية بالجزائر مراجعة عميقة ومستمرة للمناهج التربوية أهم ما يُميزها تبني المقاربة بواسطة الكفاءات التي عرفت رواجاً واسعاً قلب رأساً على عقب مناهج التعليم ومضامينه. وما من شك في أنَّ تطوير المناهج التربوية لا يُمكن أن ينشأ من العدم بل أنَّ ظروفاً وأسباباً تدعو إلى التطوير وإعادة النظر في المناهج المدرسية. فما طبيعة هذه المقاربة البيداغوجية الجديدة؟ وما دواعي انتهاجها كخيار ابستيمولوجي في إصلاح التعليم؟ هذا ما سنحاول الإجابة عليه في هذه المداخلة التي نحاول فيها، من خلال مقاربة نظرية تحليلية للموضوع تسليط الضوء على دواعي إدخال المقاربة بالكفاءات إلى مجال التربية والتعليم؛ وذلك في ضوء ما تضمنته مرجعيات التعليم ومستجدات الإصلاح التربوي الأخير بالجزائر. The educational system reform in Algeria defines a profound and continuous review of the educational curricula. The most important feature of this approach is the adoption of the approach by competencies which have become widely known and which overturn the educational curricula and its contents. There is no doubt that the development of educational curricula can not arise from nothing but the circumstances and reasons for the development and review of school curricula. What is the nature of this new pedagogical approach? What is the reason for its adoption as an epistemological option in reforming education? This is what we will try to answer in this intervention, which we are trying, through an analytical approach to the subject to shed light on the reasons for introducing the competency approach to the field of education, in light of what contained in the references of education and the latest developments in educational reform in Algeria.
