Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية البرامج التدريبية المنظمة والمتابعة والتقييم في نجاح تكوين لاعبي كرة القدم في البطولة الجزائرية المحترفة، حيث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، أما المجتمع هو نفسه العينة والتي اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية وتكونت من 48 فردا، وبأداة قياس هي الاستبيان، حيث توصل الباحثان الى الأهمية الكبيرة التي تلعبها البرامج الرياضية والمتابعة والتقييم في زيادة كفاءة تكوين اللاعبين على المستوى العالي. ABSTRACT The study aims to highlight the importance of organized training programs, follow-up and evaluation in the success of training football players in the Algerian professional championship, where the researchers used the descriptive approach, while the population is the same sample, which was chosen randomly and consisted of 48 individuals, and with a measurement tool that is the questionnaire, where the researchers arrived at The great importance that sports programs, monitoring and evaluation play in increasing the efficiency of training players at the high level.
