دور تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية في تسهيل تواصل المكفوفين تقنية تولك باك انموذجا
Résumé: تناولت ىذه الدراسة دور تطبيقات ابؽواتف الذكية في تسهيل تواصل ابؼكفوفتُ (تطبيق قارئ الشاشة)، سعينا في ىذه الدراسة إلذ معرفة طبيعة السلوك الاتصالر للؤفراد ابؼستخدمتُ لتقنية " تولك باك" ومدى الاشباعات المحققة جراء ىذا الاستخدام. ابؼنهج البحثي ابؼستخدم في دراستنا ىو ابؼنهج الوصفي مع أداة الاستبيان في عملية بصع وبرليل ابؼعلومات والبيانات التي بصعناىا من ابؼبحوثتُ حول ابؼوضوع. ومن خلبل الدراسة ابؼيدانية كانت أىم النتائج ابؼتوصل إليها : إن عينة البحث يستخدمون تقنية "تولك باك" بغرض التخلص من حاجز الإعاقة، ومن الصورة النمطية للمجتمع ابذاه الولوج ابذاه ىذه الفئة كما سهلت ىذه التقنية، استخدام بـتلف التطبيقات كما جعلت تقنية "تولك باك" ىذه الفئة أكثر اعتمادا على النفس عن ذي قبل وبرقيق نوع من ابػصوصية وعدم الاستغناء عنها.
