أثر سلاسل القيمة العالمية للتنافسية الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مجموعة من البلدان العربية 2007-2020

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للإجابة عن الإشكالية المطروحة وهي أثر المشاركة في سلاسل القيمة العالمية في التنافسية الاقتصادية لثمانية بلدان عربية، وقد اعتمدنا مجموعة من المؤشرات وهي: مؤشر المشاركة في سلاسل القيمة العالمية للروابط الأمامية والروابط الخلفية البطالة، نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي. أما ما يتعلق بمتغير التنافسية الاقتصادية فقد تم اختيار مؤشر التنافسية العالمي. وقد الاستعانة ببرنامج stata16 لدراسة استقرارية المتغيرات واجراء اختبار السببية. ثم تقدير نموذج وفقا لطريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية وقد أظهرت نتائج اختبار السببية وجود علاقة سببية من متغير الروابط الأمامية نحو متغير التنافسية العالمي ووجود علاقة سببية من متغير الروابط الخلفية نحو متغير التنافسية العالمي في بلدان العينة المدروسة. كما بينت نتائج النموذج المقدر وجود علاقة طردية بين المشاركة في سلاسل القيمة العالمية عبر الروابط الأمامية ومؤشر بأن زيادة المشاركة في سلاسل القيمة العالمية أدت إلى زيادة التنافسية في بلدان العينة المدروسة. التنافسية العالمي وهو ما يعني "The study aimed to answer the posed problem, which is the impact of participation in global value chains on the economic competitiveness of eight Arab countries. We relied on a set of indicators, including the Global Value Chain Participation Index for forward and backward linkages, unemployment, and per capita GDP. As for the economic competitiveness variable, the Global Competitiveness Index was chosen. Stata16 software was used to study the stability of the variables and conduct causality tests. Then, a model was estimated using the ordinary least squares method. The results of the causality test showed a causal relationship from the forward linkages variable to the Global Competitiveness variable and a causal relationship from the backward linkages variable to the Global Competitiveness variable in the studied sample countries. The results of the model estimated revealed a positive relationship between participation in global value chains through forward linkages and the Global Competitiveness Index, indicating that increased participation in global value chains led to increased competitiveness in the studied sample countries.
