الاتصال الجمعوي ودوره في تحفيز الشباب على المشاركة في العمل التطوعي - شباب ورقلة نموذجا-
Résumé: مع التطور التكنولوجي الذي اجتاح ميادين عديدة بكافة انواعها بما فيها الجمعيات ، ومن هذا توجهت دراستنا إلى معالجة (الاتصال الجمعوي ودوره في تحفيز الشباب الجامعي على المشاركة في العمل التطوعي ، شباب ولاية ولاقلة نموذج، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك حسب ماتقتضيه طبيعة الدراسة ، وقد تم ذلك من خلال دراسة على الشباب الورقلي المنخرط في الجمعيات لمعرفة أثر الاتصال الجمعوي في اقناعهم عللى الانضمام للجمعيات وعليه كان التساؤل الرئيسي لدراستنا كالاتي : كيف يساهم الاتصال الجمعوي في تحفيز الشباب على المشاركة في العمل التطوعي ؟ التساؤلات الفرعية : 1 ـ هل توجد منطلقات محددة وبرامج مدروسة تستفيد منها الجمعيات في رسم خططها الاتصالية لاستقطاب الشباب إلى العمل التطوعي ؟ 2 ـ هل تسخر الجمعيات الوسائل الضرورية والكافية لتحقيق اتصال فعال اتجاه الشباب الذي تستهدفه ؟ 3 ـ ماهي الرسائل الاتصالية التي تتوجه بها الجمعيات إلى الشباب لاستقطاب أكبر عدد منه لللانخراط في العمل التطوعي ؟ 4 ـ ماهي درجة تفاعل الشباب مع الاتصال الجمعوي المحفز على العمل التطوعي ؟ with the technologicaldevelopmentthat has speardthroughmanyfields as well as associations of all kinds ,fromthisourstudywasdirected to processing or addressing the association communication and itsrole in motivatingyouths to paricipate in volunteerwork ,ouarglayouthslikeexample , in thisstudywe have relied on the analyticaldescreptiveapproach as required by the nature of the study , thiswasdonethrough the study of youths in ouargla city who are involved in the associations to know the impact of associative communication in motivatingyouths to participate in volunteerwork . sub _ questions : ـ Are thereanyspecific programs yhat associations benefitfrom in drawing up theircommubication plans to attractyouths to volunterwork ? ـ Do associations provide the necessarymeans to atchieve effective communication with the concernedyouths ? ـwhat are the communication messegesthat associations adress to youths to attract the largestnumber of them to engage in volunteerwork ? ـwhatis the degree of youth interaction with associative communication thatmotivate the volunteerwork.
