Résumé: ملخص تهدف دراستنا الى التحقق من الدور الذي تلعبه الرياضة المدرسية في الانتقاء والتوجيه، واجرينا الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 45 أساتذة التربية والرياضية في المتوسطات والمكلفين بالرياضة المدرسيـة، واستعملنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيـانات، والمنهج الوصفي كسبيل لمعرفة للنتائج. وتوصلنا الى ان الرياضة المدرسية ليس عامل فعال في انتقاء التلاميذ الموهوبين وتوجيههم للرياضة التنافسية، وعملية الانتقاء والتوجيه ليست مبنية على اسس علمية، وأن للاستاذ الكفاءة المطلوبة في عملية الانتقاء والتوجيه. . Abstract Our study aims to verify the role of school sport in selection and guidance, and we conducted the study on a sample of 45 teachers of education and sports in the averages and assigned to school sports, and we used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the descriptive approach as a way to know the results.
