Résumé: The current study aims to reveal the relationship between satisfaction with academic specialization and achievement motivation among first-year university students at Ahmed Derayah Adrar University. Where the field study was conducted at Ahmed Deraya University in Adrar on a sample consisting of (150) students from the Department of Social Sciences, the Department of Islamic Sciences and the Department of Mathematics and Computer Information. After applying the measures, the statistical treatment of the results obtained was carried out according to the "SPSS" program. A correlation between satisfaction with specialization and achievement motivation among first-year university students with a BA (social sciences, Islamic sciences, mathematics and computer science).
