أثر تطبيق موازنة البرامج والأداء في الحد من الفساد المالي بالوحدات الحكومية(دراسة حالة الوحدات الحكومية بالسودان)
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر تطبيق موازنة البرامج والأداء على الحد من الفساد المالي في الوحدات الحكومية بالسودان، من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين مقومات التطبيق واطار تنظيم الموازنة وفاعلية الأداء الحكومي. توصلت الدراسة الي النتائج التالية: أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير ملحوظ لمقومات موازنة البرامج والأداء في الحد من الفساد المالي داخل الوحدات الحكومية السودانية. وكذلك وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية بين اطار تنظيم موازنة البرامج والأداء والحد من الفساد المالي بالوحدات الحكومية السودانية. This study aims to analyse the impact of applying programme and performance budgets on reducing financial corruption in government units in Sudan. The study found that there is a statistical relationship between the application of programme and performance budgeting and the reduction of financial corruption in government units. The results also showed that there is a statistical relationship between the structure of programme and performance budgeting and the reduction of financial corruption in government units.
