Résumé: This study is concerned with studying the statistical relationship between the information and communication technologies and independent variable of economic growth as the dependent variable as a variable , using statistical data for some countries in the Arab world. We discussed in our research to theories that interpret the concept of information and communication technology and to the theories of unexplained growth with a focus on the most important Arab world properties economically , as we have tried to interpret the relationship between ICT and economic growth , our primary goal in this study is to create a direct relationship between growth and information and communication technology in General Arab world , Algeria in particular. We have tried through our research modest study of the impact of information and communication technologies on economic growth from two directions : - At the Arab world by using time series CT (DATA PANEL), and extended the use of annual data on the length of the period from 1990 to 2014 , and the findings there is a direct positive relationship between information and communication technologies on economic growth in the sample under study . - At Algeria using the radial model for error correction (VECM), and the use of an extended annual data on the length of the period from 1970 to 2012 , and the findings we find the positive role played by information and communication technology in the light of their interpretations of causality proposed variables , in order to end that Algeria is seeking to attain a achieving high economic growth
