الأرض والزراعة في قرطاج خلال الفترة الأرستقراطية (480-237 ق.م)

Résumé: اعتنى القرطاجيون بالأرض والزراعة منذ هزيمتهم في واقعة هيميرا (480 ق.م) أمام إغريق صقلية، حيث وصلت خلال هذه الفترة لسدة الحكم الطبقة الأرستقراطية ،"وهي عبارة عن طبقة من ملاك الأرض عرفوا بالأرستقراطيين"، فلم يكن أمامهم في ظل ظروف هذه الهزيمة، وما نجم عنها من تدهور في الاقتصاد القرطاجي، لاسيما في مجال التجارة سوى التحول نحو الاهتمام بالأرض والزراعة كبديل جديد في اقتصادهم. ونحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، تسليط الضوء على النهضة الزراعية التي عرفتها قرطاج خلال الفترة الأرستقراطية، واستحواذهم على الكثير من الأراضي الزراعية وملكيتها، وزيادة العناية بمنتوجاتهم والثروة الحيوانية، والتوقف عند آية من الآيات التي تثبت اهتمام القرطاجيين بالزراعة خلال الفترة محل الدراسة، والمتمثلة في موسوعة صنفها عالم قرطاجي يدعى ماغون، والهدف من هذا العمل الوصول إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الأرض والزراعة كانتا ذات بعد استراتيجي في سياسة قرطاج الاقتصادية. The Carthaginians took care of the land and agriculture since their defeat in the event of Himera (480 BC) in front of the Greeks of Sicily, where during this period the aristocracy came to rule, "which is a class of landowners known as aristocrats", so they were not before them under the circumstances of this defeat, The resulting deterioration in the Carthaginian economy, especially in the field of trade, was a shift towards interest in land and agriculture as a new alternative in their economy. Through this research paper, we try to shed light on the agricultural renaissance that Carthage knew during the aristocratic period, their acquisition and ownership of a lot of agricultural lands, increased care for their products and livestock, and a stop at one of the verses that prove the Carthaginians ’interest in agriculture during the period under study, which is represented in An encyclopedia compiled by a Carthaginian scholar named Magon, and the aim of this work is to reach a conclusion that land and agriculture had a strategic dimension in Carthage's economic policy.
