مسألة التجنس من منظور النخبة الجزائرية المفرنسة 1900- 1939.

Résumé: Abstract: In this Article (study) we will try to reveal and clarify the attitude of the French Algerian elite (formed by the French school) towards the question of the naturalization of Algerians and the granting of French nationality. This last, which has become one of the major questions, where the French-speaking elite seized all its newspapers and published articles on the question, As was asked in their demands, which caused a divergence in the attitude of this elite towards related laws. These laws issued by the colonial administration, such as the senatus consulte1865, or the reforms of February 4, 1919, known as the Jonnart Reforms 1919, and also the Maurice Violette project, known as the Blum-Violette project. All of this made the question of naturalization of Algerians one of the questions that caused more debate among the french Algerian elite from 1900 to 1930. الملخص: نحاول في هذه الدراسة، تسليط الضوء على مواقف النخبة الجزائرية المفرنسة- خريجة المدرسة الفرنسية- من مسألة التجنس بالجنسية الفرنسية، إذ تحولت إلى قضية جوهرية، تداولتها الأقلام والصحافة في الجزائر المستعمرة، مما جعلها تلقي بضلالها على نشاط النخبة الجزائرية وحركتها المطلبية أمام سلطات الاحتلال الفرنسي. وقد تعددت مواقف تلك النخبة، مما طرحته مختلف القوانين الصادرة عن الإدارة الاستعمارية حول مسألة التجنس، سواء ما جاء به قرار سناتوس كونسلت عام 1865، أو إصلاحات 04 فيفري 1919 المعروفة بإصلاحات جونار عام 1919 في الجزائر، أو مشروع موريس فيوليت، المعروف باسم مشروع بلوم-فيوليت، مما جعل مسألة التجنس من المسائل الأكثر إثارة للجدل في أوساط النخبة الجزائرية المفرنسة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1900 إلى 1939.
