Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الإدارة المحلية الإلكترونية في الجزائر إلى تحليل التحديات والفرص المتعلقة بتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في البلديات. من خلال تبني الإدارة الإلكترونية، يمكن تحسين جودة الخدمات الحكومية وزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف والوقت، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكن أن تسهم الإدارة الإلكترونية في تعزيز الشفافية ومكافحة الفساد، وتعزيز المشاركة المدنية تقدم الدراسة توصيات لتعزيز استخدام التكنولوجيا في تحسين الخدمات الحكومية وتعزيز الشفافية والمشاركة المدنية .
