Résumé: :Modern payment systems have emerged as a result of technigical development ,it is a socially acceptable way allows to facilitate exchanges and transfer money between clients securely,they have providrd modarn means if which many features the classic its production means which could not nf2 for short time and cost,but that doesnt mea nits risky,it has carried sevral negative effects of panking cards on the economy,in addition to the threats that threaten private commercial transactions eleectronic crimes a soubhavi fight,bacause all transactions are electronically,that a hard time fightions are electronically payment systems also resultedin effects on economic transactions,such as banking and financial system,in addition to the economic system . Through our study we tried to gather statisics about credit card is a means of modern payment most are treated in all processes as a means of pulling are characterizedand accuracy in all transactions,they have provided a lot of efforts for banks and customers,different needs and desires however,algeria recorded latein the use of banking cards,the latter still too late for united statesthe frefrint of using of using bank cards add to europe.
