دراسة الخصائص البصريةوالكهربائية للمواد الناقلة الشفافة(تأثير تغير المذيب على خصائص Zno)
Résumé: In this study, thin layers of ZnO were prepared with different solvents (distilled water, methanol, and 2-propanol) by thermochemical spraying technique on glass backs at a temperature of 450. This is in order to study the effect of the solvent on the physical properties of the ZnO layers.The optical study showed that these layers have high transparency in the visible field, and the highest transmittance value was estimated at 90.38, which corresponds to the solvent methanol, and its thickness was 280.1nm, while energy gap of the layers was confined between (3.253.280eV). As for the electrical study, the layer related to methanol was of the n-type as for p-type 2-propanol, while the surface state of water did not show any result. Al these layers have electrical conductivity estimated at 1.288*10-3(Ω.Cm)-1, and the preferred solvent is 2-propanol according to the results obtained
