Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والأداء الوظيفي التربوي لدى اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل جائحة كورونا . وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على مؤشرات للضغوط المهنية المواكبة للفترة الزمنية التي اجريت فيها الدراسة والتي تزامنت مع الانتشار الواسع لفيروس كورونا،و تمثلت في : غياب المعالجة البيداغوجية ، صعوبة تشخيص المكتسبات القبلية ، نظام التفويج .ومتغير الاداء الوظيفي التربوي .عند اساتذة الطور الابتدائي . توصلت الدراسة الى ان لازمة كورونا تأثير واضح على المنظومة التربوية ، وقد تسببت في ظهور ضغوط مهنية اثرت بدورها على الاداء الوظيفي التربوي لأساتذة المرحلة الابتدائية. ABSTRACT: The current study aimed to know the nature of relationship between occupational pressures and educational job performance of primary education teachers in light of corona crisis. The difficulty of diagnosing the tribal gains, the promotion system and the variable of educational job performance among primary school teaches. The study concluded that the corona crisis had a clear impact on the educational system , and had caused the emergence of professional pressures that in turn affected the educational job performance of primary school teachers.
