علم السجون: قراءة سوسيولوجية في المقاربات العلمية

Résumé: استطاع علم السجون أن يفرض لنفسه مكانة بين مختلف العلوم الجنائية، وقدم كثير من الأفكار التي استفاد منها العاملين بالمؤسسات العقابية والاصلاحية، وهذا راجع لجهود الدارسين في مجال القانون والتربية وعلم النفس وعلم الاجتماع، وفي هذه الورقة العلمية نحاول طرح قراءة مقارباتية لمختلف النظريات والمدارس الفكرية التي قدمت تفسيرات علمية لميدان علم السجون، وهي تأصيل نظري نقدي نحاول فيه عمل قراءة سوسيولوجية لتلك المقاربات، وفهم مبادئها وتوجهها المعرفي وكذا شرح أهم الأفكار والاتجاهات التي ساهمت في تطوير هذا العلم وتطوير ايضا السياسة الجنائية المعاصرة. Prison science has been able to establish itself among the various criminal sciences, and has provided many ideas that have benefited the staff of penal and correctional institutions, due to the efforts of scholars in the field of law, education, psychology and sociology, In this scientific paper we try to present an approaching reading of the various theories and schools of thought that provided scientific explanations for the field of prison science, which is a critical theoretical rooting in which we try to make a sociological reading of these approaches, understand their principles and cognitive orientation, as well as explain the most important ideas and trends that contributed to the development of this science and also the development of Contemporary criminal politic.
