مكانة الطاقات المتجددة بالجزائر في ظل توجه نظام الطاقة العالمي

Résumé: تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لغرض إبراز الأهمية التي أصبحت تحظى بها الطاقات المتجددة في عالم الطاقة اليوم، واستعراض أهم الخلفيات الحقيقية التي جعلت معظم دول العالم النامية والمتقدمة على حد سواء تسارع إلى تطوير قدراتها الطاقوية في مجال استغلال الطاقات المتجددة، وهو ما تعكسه حجم الاستثمارات المتزايدة في هذا المجال، ما يوحي ببداية الاستغناء عن الطاقات التقليدية كمصادر وحيدة للطاقة لما تخلفه من سلبيات على البيئة وحياة البشرية، في المقابل تستهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية التعريف بالقدرات الطاقوية للجزائر في مجال امتلاك الطاقات المتجددة، ومعرفة مستوى الاستثمار الموجه لغرض استغلالها وأهم البرامج والخطط المؤسسية التي انتهجتها الدولة الجزائرية لأجل النهوض بقدراتها الطاقوية في هذا المجال. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن توجه الجزائر نحو تطوير مصادرها الطاقوية المتجددة أصبح أمرا مفروضا عليها بالنظر لقدرات في هذا النوع من الطاقة، في ظل التحول العالمي المتسارع نحو استغلال الطاقات المتجددة كمصادر طاقوية بديلة للطاقات الأحفورية. This research paper comes with the purpose of the importance that renewable energies have become in the world of energy today, and we learn about the important real reasons that made most countries of the world to develop their capabilities in the field of exploiting renewable energies, which suggests the beginning of dispensing with traditional (fossil) energies as the only sources of energies, in view of the negative impact to the environment and human. On the other hand, we try to analyze and explain the qualifications that Algeria in the renewable energies, and knowledge the level of investment directed for their exploitation and institutional programs and plans to develop the field of renewable energies. This study concluded that Algeria’s orientation to developing his renewable energy sources has necessary in view of his qualifications in this field, and the increasing global in the exploitation of renewable energies.
