Résumé: ملخص: نشطت التجارة الساحلية مع منتصف القرن السادس هجري/ الثاني عشر ميلادي بين مدن المغرب الأوسط ودول الضفة الشمالية بشكل واسع لتسلك السفن الأوروبية طريقا لا حدود له مع الدول المغرب وتشكل شراكة دائمة تضبطها معاهدات واتفاقيات في ظروف حسنة أمنة بعيدة عن ضغوطات وعمليات القرصنة التي في كثير من أحيان كانت سببا في فض شراكة بين الدول وقطع التعامل التجاري بينهما. نحن سنعرض في هذه الورقة البحثية أهم التعاملات التجارية البحرية التي كانت بين مدن المغرب الأوسط الساحلية وبعض مدن الضفة الشمالية تحت مجموعة معاهدات واتفاقيات دونتها عقود شراكة في نقل السلع والبضائع بين طرفين فنحن سنسقط الضوء على أهم المعاهدات والعقود التي ذكرتها المصادر الأجنبية ونوضح مجريات التعامل بينهما والى أي حد وصلت؟ وكيف ساهم المغاربة في تنظيم عماليات البيع واستقبال التجار (الإقامة وتخزين السلع) إلى حين عملية البيع أو التبادل. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعاهدات، المواثيق، التجارة البحرية، السفن، الجمركة. Abstract: Coastal trade was active in the middle of the sixth century AH/twelfth century AD, between the cities of west central and the countries of northern regions broadly to pass European ships a road without borders with the west countries and constitutes a permanent partnership regulated by treaties and agreements in good and safe conditions far from the pressures and piracy, which was the reasons to break up a partnership between countries and cut off commercial dealing between them. We will present in this research the most important maritime trade transactions that were between coastal cities of west central and north cities, under the group of treaties and agreements codified by partnership contracts in the transport of property and merchandises between the two parties. We will ched light on the most important treaties and contracts mentioned by foreign sources and explain the course of dealing between them and what extent to has reached?hiw did the Western contribute to the organization operations of selling and receiving marchants(accomodation and storage of property) until the sale process or exchange Keywords: Treaties, charters, Trading, Navy, ships, customs.
