البرامج التعليمية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة

Résumé: تمثل قضية تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تحديا للمجتمعات على اختلافها خاصة في ظل تزايد وعي الأمم بأهمية تعليمهم وأن هذه الأعداد تشكل هدرا تعليميا يهدد الاقتصاد الوطني والعالمي، ليس هذا فقط بل واعتبارا أن هذه الفئات مثلها مثل الأفراد العاديين من حقهم الحصول على فرصتهم في التعليم عملا بمبدأ تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية وديموقراطية التعليم وأن تعليمهم يشكل قضية انسانية ومطلبا تربويا، وأن تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ومحو أميتهم لابد أن يتناسب مع خصائصهم وقدراتهم واحتياجاتهم الخاصة وفق برامج تربوية تتناسب مع قدراتهم وامكاناتهم في بيئات تعليمية تراعي خصائصهم الجسمية والعقلية، وفق أساليب وطرق تربوية تتماشى وخصائص كل فئة واحتياجاتها التربوية، بهدف تنمية مجموعة من المهارات لدى الفرد ذو الحاجة الخاصة لاستغلالها بالشكل الذي يساعده على الاندماج في المجتمع. The issue of education for people with special needs is a challenge to different societies, especially in view of the increasing awareness of nations about the importance of their education, these numbers constitute an educational waste that threatens the national and international economy, not only that, but also that such groups like ordinary individuals, have the right to educations in accordance with the principle of equal educational opportunities and democratic education and that their education is a humanitarian issue and an educational requirement, and to special needs education and literacy must be commensurate with their abilities and special needs in accordance with educational programmes commensurate with their abilities and their potential in educational environments sensitive to physical and mental characteristics, educational techniques and methods consistent with the characteristics of each category and educational needs, with the aim of develop a range of skills of the individual with the particular need to exploit the form which helped him to integrate into society.
