أثر ضغوط العمل على الرأس المال النفسي الإيجابي دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية سعد دحلب- جامعة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل على رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي في المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية سعد دحلب –جامعة-،حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة طبقية قصدية مكونة من (110) موظف، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة الإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الإستبانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل ورأس المال النفسي الإيجابي ووجود علاقة عكسية ضعيفة بينهما تقدر نسبتها(23.8%)، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق بين إجابات المبحوثين تعزى لخصائصهم الشخصية(الجنس، العمر، ديمومة الوظيفة، المستوى التعليمي، الخبرة، الوظيفة، الحالة العائلية).This study aimed to identify the effect of work stress on positive psychological capital in public enterprise hospital saaddahlab- djamaa, this study was applied on Purposive sample consisting of 110 employees , to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used questionnaire to collect data, the data were analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences (Spss). Depending on the means, standard deviation, correlations coefficient, multiple regressionstepwise . The study concluded with the following results: there were a relationship is not statistically significant and very weak between work stress and positive psychological capital is estimated(23.8%). It also found that there were no differences between respondents' responses due to their personal characteristics (gender, age, job permanence, educational level, experience, occupation, family status).
