Résumé: الملخص: تستهدف هذه الدراسة التوصل إلى الأثر الذي من الممكن أن يعود على تطور حركة البحث العلمي في مجال التربية والتعليم وتجويد نتائجه، كنتاج لعملية رقمنة النظام المعلوماتي لقطاع التربية الوطنية، من خلال دراسة قانونية قائمة على تحليل محتوى للمنشور الوزاري رقم 230-2018، الرامي إلى وضع المبادئ العامة لرقمنة النظام المعلوماتي للقطاع، إضافة إلى الوقوف على الآليات المطروحة للاستفادة من مخرجات هذه العملية على مستوى المعهد الوطني للبحث في التربية، بوصفه مؤسسة بحثية تعنى بالبحث التربوي، وتخضع لوصاية وزارة التربية الوطنية، باعتبارها الهيئة المشرفة على هذه العملية. الكلمات المفتاحية: رقمنة النظام المعلوماتي، التربية الوطنية، البحث العلمي التربوي، المنشور الوزاري 230-2018، الجزائر. Abstract: This study targets to determine the impact that could have on the development of the scientific research movement in the field of education and the improvement of its results, as a result of the process of digitizing the information system for the national education sector, through a legal study based on the analysis of the content of Ministerial Circular No.230-2018, which aims to Set the general principles for digitizing the information system for the sector, in addition to identifying the mechanisms proposed to benefit from the outputs of this process at the level of the National Institution in Educational Research, and subject to the tutelage of the Ministry of National Education, as the supervisory body for this operation. key words: Digitizing, Education Information System, Scientific research, legal, Algeria.
