أثر مصداقية السياسة النقدية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990 – 2021 - دراسة تحليلية قياسية-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير مصداقية السياسة النقدية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990 – 2021 ، حيث تتجلى المصداقية في قدرة السلطات النقدية على إدارة سياساتها النقدية من خلال رصد معدل التضخم بصفة مستقلة و بشفافية ، بالشكل الذي يقي الاقتصاد من الصدمات ، أي أن المصداقية تقلل من حالة عدم اليقين التي تحيط بأهداف السياسة النقدية . و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مصداقية السياسة النقدية ذات اثر إيجابي لكنه ضعيف نسبيا على النمو الاقتصادي ، في ظل العقبات التي تحيط بالاقتصاد الوطني و غياب الشفافية ، وهو ما يستوجب تعزيز استقلالية البنك المركزي . الكلمات المفتاحية : أهداف السياسة النقدية ، مصداقية السياسة النقدية ، النمو الاقتصادي ، ARDL تصنيف JEL : . C22 ; O4 ; E61 ; E58 ; E61 Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the credibility of monetary policy on economic growth in Algeria during the period 1990-2021. Credibility is manifested in the ability of the monetary authorities to manage their monetary policies by monitoring the inflation rate independently and transparently, in order for the economy to avoid shocks. Credibility reduces the uncertainty surrounding the objectives of monetary policy. The study concluded that the credibility of monetary policy has a positive but relatively weak effect on economic growth, and the reason is the obstacles surrounding the national economy and the lack of transparency, so it is necessary to strengthen the independence of the central bank.
