تقييم المزيج الترويجي للخدمات السياحية لولاية غرداية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المرافق السياحية متواجدة بغرداية

Résumé: السياحة لها دور في إقتصاديات بعض الدول و التي تعد مور هام ،حيث تسعى الدول على تطوير وترقية سياحتها بعدة أساليب لرتوجيها منها االعالن والعالقات العامة لتعريفها وجعلها معروفة ومميزة لدى السياح املستهدفني . اشكالية البحث جاءت عن مدى استخدام اساليب املزيج الرتوجيي للمرافق السياحية لوالية غرداية؟. هدفت الدراسة لوضع خطة حمكمة ومالئمة للطاقة االستيعابية للمرافق السياحية حىت تستطيع مواجهة الطلب السياحي . توصلت الدراسة اىل أن املرافق السياحية املتواجدة بالوالية تستخدم عناصر املزيج الرتوجيي للتعريف عن خدماهتا ولكن بدرجات متفاوتة وليس باملستوى العايل ،ويعترب الرتويج عرب وسائل التواصل االجتماعي من أهم وأكثر وسيلة مستخدمة يف املرافق السياحية حمل الدراسة Tourism has a role in the economies of some countries. Which is an important resource.as countries seek to develop and promote their Tourism in several ways to promote them. Including advertising and public relation of the to be familiar and mak it well known and distinctive among tarfet tourists The research problem : how mch is the use of promotional mix methods for the tourist facilities of Ghardaia ? The study aims to develop staonge and appropriate plan for theUtility carefuly of tourist facilities so that it can meet the expected tourism demand. f inally .we found that the tourist facilities in Ghardaia use the elements of the promotional mix to define their services. But to varying degrees .not at the higher level. promotion through social medeai scomsidered the most important way tool means used in tourist facilities
