المشكلات والمعوقات التي تواجهها المرأة العاملة في تربية أبنائها والعلاقات الأسرية

Résumé: ملخص: أصبح عمل المرأة ضرورة اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية بحصولها على قسط وافر من التعليم بحيث وفر لها إمكانية الدخول إلى سوق العمل في مختلف مجالات الحياة بعدما كانت محصورة في البيت للاهتمام بالأسرة التي تكوّنها، نتيجة التطور والظروف المعيشية والدوافع التي فرضت على المرأة الخروج إلى العمل، إلا أن هذا لا يعد سهلا بالنسبة لها وإنما يجعلها تواجه العديد من الانتقادات من بعض الفئات في المجتمع، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تواجهها في هذا الخصوص خاصة إذا تعلق الأمر بتربية الأبناء. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات والمشكلات التي تواجهها في تربية أبنائها والعلاقات الأسرية، ومعرفة إن تمكنت هذه المرأة من التوفيق بين العمل بالمنزل وخارجه وتحافظ على تمسك أسرتها. كلمات مفتاحية: تماسك الأسرة، عمل المرأة، مكانة المرأة، تربية الأبناء Abstract: Women’s employment has become an economic, social, and cultural necessity by obtaining a great deal of education, providing them with access to the labor market in various spheres of life after being confined to the home to care for the family they form, as a result of the evolution, living conditions, and motivations that forced women to go to work. This, however, is not easy for them but makes them face many criticisms from certain groups in society, as well as the range of difficulties and obstacles they face in this regard, especially concerning the upbringing of children. This study aims to determine difficulties and problems in the upbringing of their children and family relations; as well as the difficulties and problems they face in this regard, and whether they can reconcile working at home and outside and maintain their family’s attachment.
