Résumé: تناولنا في هذا البحث، د ا رسة الوظيفة القضائ ية لمجلس الدولة الج ا زئري، والتي تتمثل في تقويم أعمال المحاكم الدارية والمحاكم الدارية للإستئناف في المواد الدارية وتوحيد ال جتهاد القضائي في جميع انحاء البلاد ويسهر على إ حت ا رم القانون وهذا طبقا للمادة 179 من التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 ، وبعد صدور القانون العضوي 22 - 11 المتعلق بتنظيم مجلس الدولة وسيره واختصاصاته، والقانون 22 - 13 المتعلق بالج ا رءات المدنية والدارية، تم تكريس التقاضي على درجتين في الق ا ر ا رت الصادرة عن السلطات الدارية المرك زية والهيئات العمومية الوطنية والمنظمات المهنية الوطنية بين المحكمة الدارية للإستئناف لمدينة الج ا زئر كأول درجة ومجلس الدولة أ خر درجة وهذا لضمان حقوق المتقاضين، وتمكينه من ممارسة إختصاصاته الحقيقية مثله مثل القضاء العادي.In this research, we dealt with the study of the judicial function of the Algerian State Council, which is represented in evaluating the work of administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal in administrative matters and unifying jurisprudence throughout the country and ensuring respect for the law and this in accordance with Article 179 of the constitutional amendment of the year 2020, and after the issuance of the organic law 22-11 related to the organization, functioning and competence of the Council of State, and Law 22-13 related to civil and administrative procedures. Litigation was devoted to two levels in decisions issued by central administrative authorities, national public bodies and national professional organizations between the Administrative Court of Appeal of the city of Algiers as the first degree and the State Council as the last degree. To guarantee the rights of litigants, and to enable it to exercise its real competences, just like the ordinary judiciary.
