واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية وآثره على الاتصال الإداري في قطاع الاتصالات في الجزائر دراسة حالة: مؤسسة موبيليس بورقلة

Résumé: Our research is concerned with one of the topics that represent the backbone of modern societies, which most institutions seek to apply electronic management to improve services, including improving the level of administrative communication with the institution that is under study, Mobilis Foundation in Ouargla, and our study aimed to know the effect of applying electronic management and its role in improving administrative communication in the telecommunications sector in Algeria - a case study of the Mobilis Ouargla Corporation. To achieve the objectives of this study, we used as a data collecting tool, a questionnaire distributed through personal interviews with a sample of the employees from the institution. For the study, we followed the descriptive-analytical approach and the use of many statistical and quantitative methods provided by descriptive, applied and inferential statistics; To estimate the reality of electronic management and administrative communication in the Corporationunder study and the relationship between them. The study concluded with the most important results: • There is great interest from the Corporationunder study in applying most of the elements of electronic management. • Administrative communication in the Corporation is positively related to the level of interest in electronic management.
