Résumé: ملخص عن المقال بالعربية: يتناول هذا المقال موضوع دور العلماء والفقهاء في السفارة بين الدولتين الزيانية و المرينية خلال القرنين السابع والثامن الهجريين (ق13-14م) في تخفيفهم من حدة الصراع بين الدولتين، وأيضا دورهم أثناء فترات السلم من خلال تبادل الهدايا، وتحدثنا كذلك عن أسباب اختيار العلماء للسفارة وكيف أثرت سفاراتهم على العلاقات بين الدولتين الزياينة والمرينية .
