Résumé: ملخص: تعالج هذه الدراسة؛ الدور الفعال الذي أُنيط للتمهين، من خلال مجموعة القواعد القانونية التي تحدد الضوابط الموضوعية، الشكلية، والإجرائية المتعلقة بتشغيل القُصر، ودور هذه النصوص التشريعية في تكريس حماية الطفل في مجال العمل؛ على ضوء تفاقم ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال، لتخلص الدراسة؛ إلى أن جميع هذه الأحكام والإجراءات المقررة، تهدف في عمومها إلى تحقيق المصلحة الفضلى للطفل؛ حفاظاً على صحته وسلامته، وصوناً لحقوقه في عالم العمل Abstract: This study deals with; The effective role assigned to apprenticeship, through a set of legal rules that define substantive, formal, and procedural controls related to the employment of minors, and the role of these legislative texts in perpetuating child protection in the field of work; In light of the exacerbation of the phenomenon of child labor, to conclude the study; Noting that all these stipulated provisions and procedures aim, in general, to achieve the best interest of the child; To preserve his health and safety, and to safeguard his rights in the world of work.
