مدى أحقية الطفل العامل في قبض أجره والتصرف فيه
Résumé: إن للأجر أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للعامل لهذا فان المشرع قد تدخل من أجل توفير الحماية القانونية لأجر العامل، وذلك من خلال تنظيمه أولا للحد الأدنى المضمون للأجر من أجل ضمان كفاية الأجر لتوفير قدر من المعيشة الإنسانية للعامل، وتنظيمه ثانيا لمجموعة القواعد القانونية التي تسهل حصول العامل على أجره، وكيفية التزام صاحب العمل بالقواعد المنظمة للوفاء بالأجر خصوصا إذا كان العامل طفلا وذلك من حيث مدى أحقيته في قبض أجره والتصرف فيه . Abstract: Wages are of paramount importance to the worker, so the legislator has intervened to provide legal protection for the wage of the worker, first by regulating the guaranteed minimum wage in order to ensure that the wage is sufficient to provide a measure of human livelihood for the worker, secondly by regulating the set of legal rules that facilitate the worker's access to wages, and how the employer adheres to the rules governing the fulfillment of wages, especially if the worker is a child.
