إجراءات تقويم المنهاج التّربويّ التّعليميّ

Résumé: إذا كانَ المفْهومُ الحديثُ لِلْمنْهاجِ التّرْبوِيِّ التّعليمِيِّ يَعْنيْ مجْموعَ الخِبْراتِ الّتيْ نَخُصُّ بِها المُتعلِّمَ بِغرَضِ مُساعدَتِهِ على النُمُوِّ الشّامِلِ والمُتكامِلِ لِيكونَ أكْثرَ قُدرَةً على التّكيُّفِ معَ ذاتِهِ ومعَ البيئَةِ الّتيْ يَنْمو فيها؛ وإذا كانَ المِنهاجُ أحْسَنَ أداةٍ يَتَبَنّاها المُجْتمَعُ لِترْبيَّةِ الأجْيالِ وِفاقَ الصّورَةِ النّموذَجيّةِ الّتيْ يَرْغبُ أنْ تكونَ عليْها، فإنَّ مِنْ واجِبِ مَنْظومةِ التّربيّةِ والتّعْليمِ إجْراءَ التّقْويمِ الدَّوْرِيِّ لِلْمنْهاجِ فيْ ظلِّ إجْراءاتِه مِنْ أجْلِ تحْقيقِ الأهْدافِ التّرْبويّةِ المَنْشودَةِ. يَتَمثَّلُ الهَدَفُ مِنْ عملِيَّةِ تقْويمِ المِنْهاجِ التّرْبوِيِّ فيْ حَصْرِ نِقاطِ الضَّعْفِ لَدى المُعلِّمِ وعِلاجِها، كَما يَكْشِفُ عَنْ حاجاتِ المُتعلِّمِ وَمُيولِهِ، وَقُدُراتِهِ حَتَّى يَتمكَّنَ صانِعُو القَرارِ مِنْ مُراعاتِها عِندَ بِناءِ التّعَلُّماتِ فيْ هَذِه الوَثيقَةِ. وَتَتَحَقَّقُ عمَلِيَّةُ تقْويمِ المِنْهاجِ بِالاِعْتِمادِ على أَدَواتِ التّقْويمِ المَعْروفَةِ عَنْ طريقِ وَسائلِ جمْعِ المَعْلوماتِ حوْلَ تَنْفيذِهِ وَتَطْبيقِهِ فيْ الميْدانِ، مثْلُ: المُلاحَظَةِ المُباشِرَةِ، وغيْرِ المُباشِرَةِ (الاِسْتِبانَةُ، وَالمُقابلَةُ، والاِخْتِباراتُ، والمُناقشَةُ...). If the definition of the curriculum signifies the set of experiences that target the learner in order to help him in his general and integral growth to be able to adapt with his body and with the environment in which he is evolving. And if the curriculum is the best tool adopted by society in order to educate generations according to the desired standard model, then it is essential that the education system assess the curriculum in the light of performance, for the achievement of desired educational objectives. The purpose of the curriculum assessment process is to identify and address teacher weaknesses, as well as reveal learner needs, tendencies and abilities so that decision-makers can take them into accunt when the construction of learning in this document. The curriculum evaluation process is carried out using well-known evaluation tools through the collection of information on its implementation and application in the field such as: Direct observation, and indirect (Questionnaire, interview, tests, discussion, etc.).
