قوة التوجه الآمن في فترات الخوف نحو الملاذات الآمنة (جائحة كورونا-الذهب)

Résumé: شهد الثلاثي الأول من سنة 2020 انتشارا رهيبا لجائحة كورونا، وما صاحبها من إجراءات احترازية تمثلت في حجر صحي، وتعطل العديد من القطاعات الاقتصادية، الأمر الذي أدى أيضا إلى انهيار الأسواق المالية العالمية، بسبب حالة الخوف والهلع التي مست المستثمرين. من خلال دراسة قياسية لمشاهدات يومية بلغت 1351 مشاهدة لمؤشر الخوف وأسعار الذهب، وباستعمال نموذج الانحدار الذاتي المشروط بعدم ثبات التباين المعمم، تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين الخوف والذهب، ويرجع ذلك إلى اعتبار الذهب كملاذ آمن في فترة الخوف التي انتابت المستثمرين جراء جائحة كورونا، إضافة إلى وجود قوة ضعيفة نسبيا للتوجه الآمن نحو الذهب، ذلك بسبب وجود ملاذات آمنة أخرى، كالعملات الصعبة والأصول المادية. The first trio of the year 2020 witnessed a terrible spread of the Corona pandemic, and the accompanying precautionary measures were quarantine, and the disruption of many economic sectors, which also led to the collapse of global financial markets, due to the state of fear and panic that affected investors. Through a standard study of daily observations amounting to 1,351 views of the fear index and gold prices, and by using GARCH, a positive relationship was found between fear and gold, due to the consideration of gold as a safe haven in the period of fear that followed investors due to the Corona pandemic In addition to the presence of relatively weak strength for a safe orientation towards gold, due to the presence of other safe havens, such as hard currencies, and physical assets
