محددات التجارة البينية للأقطار المغاربية

Résumé: هدف هذا البحث للتعرف على أهم محددات التجارة البينية بين الأقطار المغاربية، وفي سبيل ذلك تم الاعتماد على أسلوب التكامل المشترك من خلال اختباري Pedroni (1999) cointegration test، و Westerlund (2007) cointegration test، من خلال نموذج بيانات لوحية Panel Data شمل الدول المغاربية الخمسة خلال الفترة 1985-2017، وتم تقدير العلاقة بين المتغير التابع المتمثل في الصادرات المغاربية البينية والمتغيرات المستقلة الممثلة لأهم محددات التجارة البينية لهذه الدول باستخدام طريقة D-OLS. توصل البحث لوجود علاقة توازنية طويلة المدى بين المتغير التابع ومحدداته، ومن خلال تقدير معلمات الأجل الطويل لهذه العلاقة تم التوصل الى ارتباط مستوى الدخل الوطني بعلاقة ايجابية معنوية احصائياً مع المتغير التابع، وارتباط كل من سعر الصرف، ومؤشر تركز الصادرات، والإرث الاستعماري بعلاقات سلبية معنوية احصائياً مع الصادرات البينية المغاربية الممثلة للمتغير التابع في هذا البحث، وتم التوصل إلى أن مستوى التضخم يرتبط بعلاقة غير معنوية احصائياً مع المتغير التابع. Abstract: The main aim of this study was to investigate the determinants of bilateral trade flows among the Arab Maghreb Union AMU countries, during the period of 1985-2017. In order to achieve its objectives the study has utilized Pedroni (1999), and Westerlund (2007) panel data cointegration tests. In additions, it has used D-OLS method to estimate the long run coefficients. The basic findings of the study has supported the existence of a long run equilibrium relationship among the model variables. Furthermore, a positive and significant long run relationship between GDP and Bilateral exports has been found. However, long run coefficients of exchange rate, export concentration index and colonial heritage variable have been found a negative and significant.
