إشكالية تنافسية شركات الأدوية في الجزائر دراسة حالة مجمع صيدال

Résumé: إن زيادة حدة المنافسة الأجنبية و المحلية في قطاع الصناعات بشكل عام و قطاع الأدوية بشكل خاص يتطلب ضرورة التركيز على تدعيم القدرة التنافسية للشركات الدوائية الجزائرية بصفة عامة و مجمع صيدال على وجه الخصوص و التي تواجه منافسة أجنبية شديدة . و عليه هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل البيئة التنافسية لشركات صناعة الأدوية باستخدام منهج بورتر و الذي اعتمد على المحددات الست للماسة الصناعية عوامل الطلب ،عوامل العرض ،الاستراتيجيات التنافسية ، الصناعات التزويدية، دور الحكومة .هذا و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى عوامل الطلب قد ساهم في تفعيل و زيادة القدرة التنافسية لمجمع صيدال إضافة إلى الدور الحكومي . The heightened foreign competition in the domestic and industrial sector in general and the pharmaceutical sector in particular requires the need to focus on strengthening the competitiveness of the Algerian pharmaceutical companies in general and Saidal compound, in particular, and facing stiff foreign competition. And the aim of this study to the competitive environment of the institutions analyzed using the methodology Porter, which relied on the six determinants of industrial urgent demand factors, supply factors, competitive strategies, Altazoideh industries, the role of government. This, and the study found that the level of demand factors has contributed to the activation and increase the competitiveness of complex Saidal addition to pharmaceutical policy .
