تشغيل القصر بين التقييد و الحظر
Résumé: كفلت اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولي و كذا المشرع الجزائري حماية قانونية لتشغيل القصر من جميع اشكال الاستغلال الاقتصادي، من خلال وضع قيود لتشغيل القصرو معاملتهم معاملة تختلف عن العامل الراشد لاعتبارات انسانية و بيولوجية و اجتماعية.و كانت بداية هذه القيود بتحديد السن الأدنى لقبول القاصر في عالم الشغل، و حظر جميع الأعمال الخطيرة التي تؤثر على صحة و سلامة و تعليم القاصر. ان الهدف الأسمى من هذه الضوابط هو المنع الكلي لتشغيل القصر على المدى البعيد، ذلك أن الوسط الطبيعي للقاصر هو المدرسة و ليس ورشات العمل The work of minors between restriction and prohibition The International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Algerian legislator have guaranteed the legal protection of the employment of minors in all forms of economic exploitation by imposing restrictions on the employment of minors and treating them differently from adult workers for humanitarian, biological and social considerations. The beginning of these restrictions was to determine the minimum age for admitting a minor into the world of work and to prohibit all dangerous acts that affect the health, safety and education of the minor. The ultimate goal of these controls is the total ban on the long-term employment of minors, since the natural environment of the minor is the school and not the workshops.
