دراسة تحليلية لواقع الصكوك الإسلامية عالميًّا خلال الفترة (2001-2020)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الصكوك الإسلامية عالميا في ظل التطورات الراهنة خلال الفترة (2001-2020)،بعرض الإحصائيات و تحليلها، و تبيان أهميتها الاقتصادية، مع تسليط الضوء على أهم التحديات و العقبات التي تواجه الصكوك الإسلامية و الإشارة إلى آفاقها المستقبلية، و قد خلصت هذه الدراسة أن الصكوك الإسلامية عرفت ارتفاعا ملحوظا في حجم إصداراتها خلال السنوات الأخيرة على المستوى العالمي مسجلة رقما قياسيا منذ بداية نشأة سوق الصكوك مبرهنة أهميتها من خلال تحقيق العديد من متطلبات التنمية الاقتصادية، معالجة قصور التمويل الحكومي و تغطية الحاجة الملحة للشركات التي تحتاج إلى السيولة الطويلة الأمد. This study aims to identify the reality of Islamic sukuk in the world taking into account the current developments during the period 2001-2020, presenting and analyzing statistics, and showing their economic importance, highlighting the most important challenges and obstacles facing Islamic sukuk and indicating their future prospects. A number of results have been achieved in this work, the most important of which is that Islamic sukuk has experienced a remarkable increase in the volume of its issuance in recent years at the global level, recording a record number since the beginning of the establishment of the sukuk market, proving its importance in meeting many economic development requirements, filling gaps in public financing and covering the urgent need of companies that need long-term liquidity.
