عمالة الأطفال في الجزائر: دراسة سوسيوديمغرافية وفقا لقاعدة بيانات المسح العنقودي السادس

Résumé: ملخص: تنخرط مجموعة من الأطفال في جميع أنحاء العالم في أعمال مدفوعة وغير مدفوعة الأجر، منها ما يشكل خطورة على نموهم البدني والاجتماعي والعقلي والتعليمي. وبالتالي يصنفون على أنهم أطفال عاملين رغم صغر سنهم. ووفقا لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل التي صادقت عليها الجزائر عام 1992، وبالنظر إلى الالتزام بتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة للطفولة، فان التشريع الجزائري يحمي الطفل من جميع أشكال الاستغلال الاقتصادي. تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز أهم الخصائص السوسيوديمغرافية والاقتصادية لعمالة الأطفال، بالاعتماد على قاعدة بيانات المسح العنقودي السادس 2019. بينت نتائج الدراسة أن الذكور هم أكثر إقبالا على العمل في سن الطفولة مقارنة بالإناث، وأن المنطقة الغربية والوسطى أكثر المناطق تضررا. Abstract: A group of children around the world engage in paid and unpaid work, which is dangerous to their physical, social, mental and educational development. Thus, they are classified as working children despite their young age. In accordance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child ratified by Algeria in 1992, and in view of the commitment to achieving the goals of sustainable development for childhood, Algerian legislation protects children from all forms of economic exploitation. This intervention comes to highlight the most important sociodemographic and economic characteristics of child labor, based on the database of the sixth cluster survey 2019. The results of the study showed that males are more likely to work in childhood compared to females, and that the western and central regions are the most affected areas.
