واقع التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر ومتطلبات تفعيله: دراسات مقارنة مع تجارب دولية ناجحة

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة واقع التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر من خلال تحليل مجموعة من المؤشرات لقياسه، مع التركيز على الدوافع التي يمكن أن تعزز سياسة تنويع إيرادات الدولة. كما استعرضنا بعض التجارب الدولية الناجحة في تطبيق سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاقتصاد الجزائري يعتمد بشكل كبير على الإيرادات النفطية، مما يجعله اقتصاداً ريعيًا. وقد بينت الدراسة أن التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر يعد ضرورة ملحة، ولكنه يتطلب إزالة العديد من الحواجز والعراقيل التي تعيق المستثمرين، سواء الأجانب أو المحليين. كما أكدت الدراسة على أهمية الاستفادة من التجارب الدولية الرائدة في مجال التنويع الاقتصادي. This study examines the reality of economic diversification in Algeria by analyzing a set of indicators to measure it, with a particular focus on the incentives that can strengthen the policy of diversifying state revenues. Furthermore, we have reviewed some successful international experiences in implementing economic diversification policies. The study concludes that the Algerian economy heavily relies on oil revenues, making it a rentier economy. It has demonstrated that economic diversification in Algeria is an urgent necessity but requires the removal of numerous barriers and obstacles that hinder investors, both foreign and domestic. Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of learning from leading international experiences in the field of economic diversification.
