حماية البيئة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة من مخاطر الأسلحة النووية

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة موضوع حماية البيئة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة من مخاطر الأسلحة النووية، وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في كون جرائم البيئة تهدد حياة الإنسانية بأكملها إلى جانب باقي الكائنات الحية، وكان سبب اختيار الموضوع الاهتمام المتزايد بالبيئة على مستوى الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية، بسبب استمرار أعمال الإضرار بالبيئة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، وما يشكله استخدام السلاح النووي من خطر على البيئة. Abstract: The study deal with the protection of the environment during armed conflict. The importance of the topic is that environmental crimes threaten the life of humanity as a whole, along with ather living beings. The reason for the choice of theme was the growing interest in the environment at the level of governments, international organizations but the damage to the environment continues armed conflict, and the danger posed by the use of nuclear weapons to the environment.
